We respect your data. We do not sell it. We only collect what we actually need to run UpDuck Space.

2. What we collect

• Basic usage logs (pages viewed, browser type) so we can keep the site running securely.
• Info you send us if you email or request help (e.g. your business name, your goal).
• Session cookies for security / login if we enable accounts.

3. What we don't collect

• We do not run ad trackers, pixel beacons, or sell behavioural data.
• We do not buy data about you from brokers.

4. How we use your information

• To answer support questions and help you launch what you’re building.
• To secure the platform (detect abuse, spam, hacking).
• To improve the services we offer.

5. Your rights (UK / EU)

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we have about you
• Fix incorrect data
• Delete your data (unless we’re legally required to keep it)

6. Data storage & security

We self-host. We apply server hardening, HTTPS, CSP, restricted cookies, and least-access principles.
